1. Select your pieces: When selecting your pieces, use the "Free Home Try-On" button.

2. We'll hold them for you: You'll only be charged until you choose your perfect pieces and decide to keep them after 3 days.

3. Your collection arrives: Once your Mediterranean pieces arrive, you'll have 3 days to feel, touch & make sure everything is just as perfect as you imagined.

4. Make your selection: follow the simple instructions to select your keep-forevers and we'll only charge for the pieces you've chosen.

• We accept returns within 60 days from the date of delivery.
• The item(s) must be in an undamaged condition with all original tags and packaging intact.

Reasons for Returns: 

• Faulty or Defective Items: If you receive an item that is faulty, defective, or significantly different from the description, we will gladly offer a refund, replacement, or repair.
• Sizing Issues: If the item does not fit as expected, we offer exchanges for a different size, subject to availability. Alternatively, we can issue a store credit or refund upon request.
• Change of Mind: We understand that personal preferences may change or perhaps a product you've purchased just didn't look or feel like what you expected. In such cases, we offer refunds, store credit or exchanges for alternative items of equal value.

Return Process:

• To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team within 60 days of receiving the item(s). Provide your order details, reason for return, and any supporting evidence, such as photos if the item is faulty.
• Ensure the item(s) are securely packaged and returned to us within 60 days of receiving the return authorisation.
