Your complete satisfaction is why we are in business and we strongly believe the relationship with our customers is far more important than a single transaction - if you aren't 100% happy with your purchase, we offer 60 day refunds (less shipping) on all items including those purchased with our 15% off welcome gift.

Eligibility for Returns:

We accept returns within 60 days from the date of delivery.
The item(s) must be in an undamaged condition with all original tags and packaging intact.
Cosmetics, skincare, intimate and swimwear items are exempt from returns due to hygiene reasons unless they are faulty.

Reasons for Returns:

We pride ourselves on personally checking each and every order for quality control therefore we ask that you provide us with images and/or videos as soon as possible if an item you have received is faulty.

Faulty or Defective Items: If you receive an item that is faulty, defective, or significantly different from the description, we will gladly offer a refund, replacement, or repair.
Sizing Issues: If the item does not fit as expected, we offer exchanges for a different size, subject to availability. Alternatively, we can issue a store credit or refund upon request.
Change of Mind: We understand that personal preferences may change or perhaps a product you've purchased just didn't look or feel like what you expected. In such cases, we offer refunds, store credit or exchanges for alternative items of equal value.

Return Process:

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team within 60 days of receiving the item(s). Provide your order details, reason for return, and any supporting evidence, such as photos if the item is faulty.
Our customer service team will guide you through the returns process, providing a return authorisation if necessary.
Ensure the item(s) are securely packaged and returned to us within 60 days of receiving the return authorisation.
Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or the return is due to our error.
We recommend using a tracked shipping method to ensure safe delivery. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged items during the return shipping process.

Refunds and Store Credits:

Once we receive the returned item(s) and verify their condition, we will process the refund or issue a store credit within 5 business days.
Refunds will be made to the original payment method used during the purchase.
Store credits can be used towards future purchases and will be valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
